We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your smartphone or device must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase/order confirmation.
Since A&M RETAILERS LTD primarily fulfills transactions through secure Cash on Delivery (COD) and phone verification channels, refunds are processed directly and safely into your bank account once the return is authorized.
To start a return, you can contact our dedicated support team directly. If your return is accepted, we will send you a trackable return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
💡 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via phone or email will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All our flagship devices come with a standard 12-Month Warranty covering any manufacturing hardware defects.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized modifications, or devices that have been modified, jailbroken, or opened by unauthorized third-party repair shops. We also cannot accept returns on devices that have sustained clear accidental physical damage or liquid immersion after successful delivery.
